Do You Want To Help Us?
Hope of South Texas relies on monetary donations from individual community members and foundations to sustain us in meeting our mission. Without the community’s support of our efforts to eradicate child abuse, we would not be able to serve the children of our community as we do. Every child is entitled to a life free of abuse and violence. Because of the matching requirements of our main victim’s assistance grants, the impact of your donation is larger than the total dollar amount donated. Every dollar counts and helps us advocate for the children. Please support our organization so that we may continue to work with those in need for many years to come.
Ways to Help
You Can Make a Difference
It only takes one word, one conversation, one moment to make a difference in the life of a child.
HSTX depends on the help of the community to carry out its
life-changing mission. Partner with us by giving of your time and resources in one or more of the following ways:

Donations
Help us meet our mission and serve the children of our community with a cash donation.

Clothing
Sometimes the best comfort you can provide is a comfortable change of clothes.

Nonperishable Food
Give the blessing of nourishment to a hungry child with a nonperishable food donation.

Toiletries
Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference like soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.

Gift Cards
Families often need gas, medication, and food. The right gift card can dramatically improve someone’s circumstances.
Hope of South Texas is always accepting and in need of basic care items for children and families. Often, when children and their families come through the doors of the CAC, they are possibly coping with what could be considered the worst time in their lives. The families that we serve have often been affected psychologically, emotionally, financially, and physically. It is our hope that we can help them in any way we can. Sometimes it is the small and essential items that can make a tremendous difference to our families, such as a fresh change of clothes or toiletry items such as soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Please consider donating new children’s clothing items and shoes, personal care items, or non-perishable food items that can be given to children and families in need. We also accept other items such as gift cards, that can be used for gas, medication, and food.
